The core responsibilities of this role include: Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads. Position: Group Coordinator Lead: Shift: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm Pay: $20.40 + $1 Shift Differential In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Lead, Supervisor, Production, Warehouse, General Labor, Quality Control, Material Handler, Dock Stocker. A Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience and Leadership experience required.
