Hiring Salary Range: $135,400 - $203,100 Compensation is determined by a combination of factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, and certifications. The Impact you will make in this role: This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of all project controls, reporting methods and project health tracking tools to be utilized by project managers. Directly supervise professionals within the PMO Project Controls group and work across the Dairyland organization to ensure PMO and non PMO project management activities adhere to established processes and standards which results in successful project delivery. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: 1. Provides direct oversight and leadership to the PMO Project Controls group and is responsible for their operating budget. 2. Facilitates the development of the annual capital budget and is responsible for accurate real time tracking of the same. 3.
