Job Description Title: Maintenance Technician - Off Shift Sign on Bonus: $5,000.00: Key Accountabilities: - Perform a wide range of maintenance duties to install, troubleshoot, and maintain production machines and facility systems. - Respond to emergency repairs and perform unscheduled maintenance on production and facility equipment - Conduct skilled manual work in the construction, maintenance, and repair of manufacturing and infrastructure systems - Perform daily and scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) on facility and test bench equipment - Oversee work performed by OEM technicians and contractors, ensuring compliance with site policies. - Maintain working knowledge of plant systems including PLCs, VFDs, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and fuel/water delivery systems - Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work orders to complete tasks accurately. - Advise and assist operators on safe equipment usage and procedures - Communicate potential issues and safety hazards to appropriate personnel - Support installation and decommissioning of equipment, general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, etc. - Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces in compliance with safety regulati...
