Job Purpose: The Senior Operations Performance Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Herc Rentals’ logistics and broader operations teams through high quality reporting, dashboards, and analytical insights. For the first 12–18 months, this role will be primarily dedicated to supporting logistics as part of Project Overhaul, a major transformation initiative focused on operating, buying, and pricing better within logistics.
