Returns Processor Job Summary: Under the direction of the Returns Supervisor, plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency by ensuring returned products are handled correctly, processed quickly, and routed to the appropriate channel. Key Responsibilities: - Receive, unload, and sort incoming returns from carriers and store locations - Inspect returned merchandise for condition, damage, and resale eligibility - Determine appropriate disposition including restock, repair, outlet, or discard - Repackage and label products to meet company quality standards - Match physical items to documentation and ensure accurate system processing - Audit processed returns to verify accuracy, quality, and removal of customer information - Maintain inventory accuracy through proper system updates and physical handling - Partner with Inventory Control to resolve discrepancies and support cycle counts - Use RF devices and warehouse systems to process, track, and move inventory - Identify and escalate product quality issues or recurring defects - Meet established productivity and turnaround time goals for return processing - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment - Follow a...
