Full Time Coastal Southeastern New Jersey The Primary Care Lead Advanced Practice Provider will support to the functions performed by within the Primary Care in support of program objectives and goals. This position ensures the Advance Practice Providers follow the processes and procedures to support the Primary Care operations. The Lead APP assists with recruitment, orientation, continuous education and annual evaluations of the advanced practice providers working all of the Primary care sites. The Primary Care Lead Advanced Practice Provider organizes and oversees the APP chart review process and conducts periodic chart reviews as needed. The Lead will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer to address concerns related to advanced practice provider performance, including the review of patient complaints that pertain to APPS. The Lead Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for positive group culture and will ensure high quality, efficient and patient friendly care for Primary Care at all AtlantiCare locations.
