Job Description Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager: The Assistant Sales & Marketing is responsible for effectively marketing the community to maximize pre-leasing efforts prior to delivery. This role will provide guidance to the leasing staff as they walk prospective residents through the leasing process, direct marketing events, and assist the Sales & Marketing Manager as needed. You must be able to communicate and manage your time effectively. Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager Indirect Reports: Sales & Marketing Assistant, Leasing Ambassadors Duties/Responsibilities: The duties listed below are an outline of the Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager’s responsibilities and should not be considered an all-inclusive list.
