Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Burlington, MA: $38–$39/hour Monday–Friday | 7:30am–1:30pm or 8:00am–2:00pm: 1:1 Residential Program Role Overview: Northeast Arc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support individuals living in our Burlington residential program. In this role, you will deliver high-quality direct care, monitor health needs, and collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of this female individual you support. This position adheres to the Massachusetts Nurse Practice Act and Northeast Arc policies. Key Responsibilities: - Provide direct nursing care following the individual’s established plan of care. - Monitor medical status, identify changes, and report to the on-call RN as needed. - Serve as a liaison between the home and community to support continuity of care. - Administer prescribed medications, ensure proper storage, and complete narcotic counts with MAP-certified or licensed personnel at shift changes. - Apply nursing knowledge in the safe delivery of preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative care. - Collaborate closely with the Program Director, RN Case Manager, a...
