We provide technology that community financial institutions use to manage risk and drive growth. Our solutions automate key processes – from anti-money laundering to fraud detection to CECL readiness to lending workflows – empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs. We are seeking a Client Education Consultant, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Client Education. The primary responsibility is training users at community financial institutions on Abrigo’s Credit & Lending solutions. Training may be conducted virtually, in-person, or a combination of both. This position will be located at our office in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remote. What You’ll Do: - Deliver one-on-one and group training (virtual and onsite) to financial institutions on Abrigo’s credit and lending software solutions, with a focus on train-the-trainer education. - Guide clients through the effective use of our software to meet their unique business processes and lending strategies. - Act as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert, demonstrating deep understanding of credit and lending processes. - Partner with implementation and project management teams to support a smooth and...
