Compensation: $43,269 - 45,018 Compensation Type: Employment Type: Regular Grade: E02 Department: Position Summary Full-time positions at Clovis Community College are not remote positions and require a physical presence on campus to fulfill duties and college-related responsibilities. Under the general direction of the Director of Holistic Support, the Accessibility & Starfish Manager serves as the Coordinator of the Office of Accessibility and Resources (OARS), ensuring equitable access and appropriate accommodations for students with disabilities while promoting awareness and inclusion across campus. In addition, the Accessibility & Starfish Manager functions as the primary manager of the Starfish retention system, coordinating data-driven interventions, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with faculty and staff to improve persistence and completion outcomes.
