Our goal is to help individuals be in more control of their own supports and to have a say in who is assisting them. This helps them to stay in their own homes as long as possible. We are seeking a kind, experienced Child Respite Worker to provide excellent care, supervision, and meaningful companionship for two young twin boys with autism and limited speech. Respite care will begin in the children’s home, allowing for relationship-building and familiarity. As trust and comfort develop, there may be an opportunity to transition care to the respite provider’s home after a relationship has been established.
