Enterprise Solutions Engineer We’re looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to act as the technical owner and strategic problem-solver for our Enterprise customers. This role is responsible for the entire technical lifecycle of our most complex accounts, from initial implementation through long-term evolution and plays a key role in shaping how Workshop’s product supports enterprise-scale needs. As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will sit at the intersection of Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, owning complex technical setups, designing scalable solutions, and influencing product direction based on real customer needs. You will be a trusted technical partner to our largest customers and a critical voice internally for how Workshop grows as an enterprise-ready platform.
