The Position: Based in our Sant Cugat hub, you will join the Global Customer Support Knowledge & Learning Excellence (KLE) organization. As Content Creation and Management Sub-chapter, we create content that enables customers and Roche service personnel to use, install, and maintain diagnostic instruments and software. As a Technical Writer Intern, you will join a team evolving from traditional document-based publishing toward a content-first approach, focusing on modular reusable content and moving away from static outputs.
