Grade 5 (Salaried) Position Description: Under general supervision, the Unit Specialist II reports to the Senior Associate Vice President of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement (PAE), this position provides administrative support to the Senior Associate Vice President of PAE and serves as backup support to the Vice President of PAE. This position requires outstanding interpersonal skills, communication skills, a high degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to communicate with donors, donor prospects, volunteers, and other key individuals critical to the University’s philanthropic goals. The position will require the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
