Description JOB SUMMARY: Within the context of a patient/client and family-centred framework and continuum-based care model and in accordance with established standards of professional practice and the vision, values and policies of the organization, coordinates the designated program offering occupational and psychiatric rehabilitation services and peer support to identified clients which includes supervising staff. Establishes priorities and coordinates work assignments, monitors and evaluates program service outcomes, discusses evaluations and clarifies performance expectations with staff, coordinates staff selection and acts as a clinical resource for members of the team and students and promotes interdisciplinary collaboration. Provides assessment and treatment services including crisis intervention as needed, provides consultative and direct services to clients, families, staff and community health professionals and maintains client records.
