This role oversees GDIT, Agency, and Subcontractor fiber survey, installation, splicing, and testing teams. Primary Responsibilities: Conduct detailed fiber assessments, routing verification, and documentation reviews Develop splice schedules, fiber diagrams, optical power budgets, and routing plans Manage GDIT, Agency, and Subcontractor fiber technicians performing splicing, testing, and termination activities Oversee fiber characterization including OTDR, OLTS, inspection, and certification Troubleshoot fiber performance issues and recommend remediation solutions Coordinate with OSP, NW, and CEL engineers for space, routing, and connectiv...
