Job description

You will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care to clients needing assistance with daily living activities; ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Working under the supervisor of the RN assigned to the case, Director of Client Services, or Director of Operations, you will support clients with tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship. Educational and Professional: - High School Diploma or GED - Show evidence of fulfilling the State health requirements - Have an active and valid State of New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant license - Valid drivers’ license - Must be 18 years or older. - Successfully complete 12 in-services by December 1 of current year - 6 Hours initial of Dementia Training and 4 hours yearly continued Responsibilities: Tools/Equipment: Hoyer Lift Glucose monitors or meters - Glucometers Gait Belt Therapeutic ice packs or pillows – Ice caps; Ice collars Sharps disposal Walker Wheelchair Cane Tub seat Transfer/slide board - Knowledgeable in-home care rules and regulations - Be aware of and adhere to all HIPAA rules and regulations and m...
