Company: Marsh Risk Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Product Development team Marsh Risk Technology This role will be based in Cluj Napoca. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. The Senior Technical Support Analyst role supports daily, periodic, and ad hoc support tasks, focusing on platform support, application support, data management, reporting, and system controls to facilitate smooth business operations and compliance. This role is an integral part of the local IT team, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the implementation of process and system changes. You will be working closely with the local functional maintenance team to support the main local application LevelX but also all other local applications and will function as a point of contact for all other Marsh IT applications, platforms or processes. We will count on you to: Provide daily, periodic, and ad hoc support for platforms and applications, ensuring operational stability and compliance.
