Position Summary The Director, Enterprise Change & Demand Management is responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-wide change management processes that guide work from initial intake through approval, planning, execution, and reporting . This role ensures that all demand—ranging from issue resolution and continuous improvement to large-scale, cross-functional programs—is evaluated, prioritized, and delivered in a way that balances business value, customer experience, and associate experience .This hands-on role will act as a connector between business leaders, operational teams, technical partners, and Project Management. This role will influence and create simple, efficient, and scalable workflows that enable informed decision-making without adding unnecessary burden to the organization.
