This role provides the opportunity to step into a more advanced and influential position within Maintenance Administration while working closely with departmental leadership. The analyst plays a key role in ensuring compliance with IAM/TWU Joint Collective Bargaining Agreements and the General Procedures Manual, while also mentoring team members and serving as a backup to the supervisor.
