This role is crucial in creating a positive patient experience and ensuring operational efficiency by supporting access to Primary Care, Dental, Optometry, Lab, Public Health Department, Pharmacy vaccine, and Purchased/Referred Care (PRC) department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Welcomes and assists patients and visitors in a professional and culturally sensitive manner, enhancing access to services and patient satisfaction; Coordinates patient access and registration functions for all clinical and program services; Accurately enters and maintains patient demographic, insurance and scheduling data in RPMS, Moonwalk and Vista Imaging Systems; Verifies insurance coverage and assists patients with Primary Care Provider assignments and completion of coordination of benefits using appropriate po...
