JOB SUMMARY: NOV is looking for a Business Development Professional for the HOSS product line to drive strategic growth with an emphasis on multistage horizontal pump systems (HPS) across key markets within our US Land region. This role will support regional sales teams with existing accounts, identify and expand market share in applications that include saltwater disposal (SWD), CO2, NGL, geothermal, mining, industrial etc. This role involves technical sales, managing complex sales cycles, and building relationships with end users, distributors, engineers and EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction firms) to provide engineered pumping solutions. Overall, a Business Development Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth, fostering client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of NOV's business.
