Position Overview: Our sterile processing team at UAB St. Vincent’s East plays a critical role in our surgical operations, ensuring that all surgical instruments and equipment are meticulously cleaned, assembled, and sterilized to support the organization in maintaining low infection rates. We take pride in maintaining immediate-use steam sterilization (IUSS) rates below 1% and have some of the lowest infection rates in our region.
