About the role: As a Senior Digital Product Manager - Portal Experience Platform , you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for both the Symetra Login Experience (SLX) and for Enterprise Portal (EP) initiatives. You will use your deep business and technical expertise to guide case development, set technical direction, and manage products throughout their lifecycle. You will clearly articulate each product’s value proposition to partners and make informed recommendations about when a product should evolve, be replaced, or be retired. You will typically manage multiple major initiatives and highly complex products, building alignment across business, technical, and cross-functional partners. By using strong product management frameworks and a variety of research techniques, you will ensure your products deliver meaningful business outcomes and long-term value.
