This position is based in Wilmington, DE and offers a hybrid work arrangement (in office three days per week). The Tax Manager will be a key member of the global tax team, supporting income tax accounting and reporting, U.S. income tax compliance, and tax planning for a large multinational public company. The primary area of focus (global income tax accounting or U.S. income tax compliance) will be aligned with the individual’s experience, strengths, and business needs. Regardless of focus area, all Tax Managers play an active role in the quarterly income tax provision process, support tax planning initiatives, and collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury, FP&A, and regional tax teams.
