Work Schedule: This is a part-time, 70% FTE position. Scheduled hours are 12:00pm - 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to: - Engage with patients and visitors as they enter the hospital with energy and enthusiasm. - Complete health screening questions with patients and visitors or direct them to area-specific health screening workflows. - Ensure the smooth flow of patients and visitors at all designated entrances of UW Health locations navigating them throughout the facility. - Ensure supplies are stocked and keep the entrance area neat and organized.
