The Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for developing and implementing an overall metrics dashboard for the manufacturing location. This role involves analyzing and identifying areas for improvement. This role will charter projects to address identified problem areas. This position is an on-site position, working with our Continuous Improvement team. Will travel to sites as needed. Essential Duties and Tasks: - Develop and implement an overall metrics dashboard for all manufacturing departments. - Maintain the dashboard once implemented by creating monthly snapshots. - Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Develop and implement strategies leveraging corporate systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity. - Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
