Responsibilities: Position Summary: Quest is currently seeking an Order Management Analyst to join our North America Order Management team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely order processing while serving as a key liaison between Sales and internal operational teams. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of order management processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Review and process customer orders, including Enterprise License Agreements, upgrades, swaps, and renewals, in accordance with established procedures using Salesforce and Oracle systems. - Perform accurate data entry for incoming orders from customers and distributors. - Collab...
