City : Warsaw State : Mazowieckie (PL-MZ) Country : Poland (PL) Requisition Number : 44678 Main responsibilities: Full responsibility for sales performance and profitability of the Bunge Spreads portfolio in the Distributors and Cash & Carry channel. Define and execute channel strategy aligned with company and category growth objectives. Lead annual negotiations with national retail chains to secure profitable agreements, distribution, and promotional execution. Set and implement pricing, promotion, and RoutetoMarket strategy for the channel. Develop annual business plans, budgets, and forecasts. Manage contracts and daytoday cooperation with key customers and distributors. Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers. Provide commercial insights and recommendations to the Sales Director and Management Board. The position involves regular business travel (approx. 30–40% of working time). Requirements: University degree in Business, Sales, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in sales roles, including people management.
