The Ideal Candidate We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Women’s Footwear Designer with a strong point of view on fashion trends, color, materials, and silhouette. This role is responsible for creating cohesive seasonal collections that resonate with the women’s consumer and bring a compelling brand story to life. The Senior Designer partners closely with Product Line Management and Development to design and deliver innovative, commercially viable footwear. This includes translating concepts into a well-executed product through a deep understanding of footwear construction, materials, and fit, while meeting design, quality, and business objectives.
