The Opportunity The Field Training Partner for Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a critical, high-impact role responsible for developing, delivering, and managing training and continuous education for our field-based medical teams. This Field Training Partner for MSL position serves as the primary training and performance enablement link between the home office (HQ) and the field, ensuring consistent messaging, skill development, and execution of company strategy. The ideal candidate is a dynamic facilitator, instructional design enthusiast, and proven subject matter expert in field medical. This role is a key member of the Learning & Skill Development team and will report into the Sr. Director of Medical. Key Responsibilities: Training Development & Delivery Onboarding: Design and facilitate comprehensive remote and in-person onboarding programs for all new medical hires, ensuring they are proficient in all required business processes and tools and product knowledge.
