Job Purpose We are seeking an Record-to-Report (RTR) Intern reporting directly to the RTR Team Leader. This is a local role based in Poznań SSC. As an RTR Intern, you will support the team in daily accounting operations and month-end closing activities. Length of internship : till 31.01.2027 Minimum availability: 30 hours per week, preferably 40 hours per week Responsibilities: - Support in RTR processes such as journal entries posting, balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets accounting, month-end closing, intercompany reconciliations, and report preparation - Post and verify the correctness of accounting entries - Support KPI analysis, root cause identification, and propose improvements - Assist the Team Leader with additional activities and ad hoc requests - Assist with the annual audit process Qualifications & Experience Required: Education, Master, other certification: - Relevant secondary education Experience (years): - Some experience in an accounting environment (internship); experience in General Ledger is a plus Technical Skills: - Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) - Sound understanding of accounting principles - Ability to review, understand, and interpr...
