Job Title: Enterprise Architect – McAfee Policy Clearance Required: Secret Work Location: Onsite; San Antonio, TX Alpha Omega is seeking a qualified Health Enterprise Architect to support one of our federal government clients. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as technical lead for diagnosing, resolving, and preventing issues linked to McAfee Policy Auditor agents on Domain Controllers, ensuring continuous Directory Services operations. - Execute advanced troubleshooting for authentication failures, system lockups, and resource contention on Windows Domain Controllers, using systematic escalation protocols for unresolved cases. - Collaborate with Directory Services, McAfee, and cybersecurity teams to assess operational impact, analyze resource utilization, and recommend corrective actions following McAfee product updates. - Lead and coordinate uninstall/reinstall processes for McAfee products, validating successful remediation through post-action system health checks and user experience verification. - Maintain clear, prompt, and comprehensive communication with leadership and stakeholders—issuing incident notifications, progress reports, and after-action reviews per organizational pro...
