Job Summary: Works with patients that have been diagnosed with asthma, emphysema, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart attacks and other conditions. Educates patients about certain lifestyle changes that can help reduce health risks and improve quality of life. Helps patients understand and manage health problems. Serves as technical specialist on daily tasks and cases. Models/mentors and trains staff on technical skills. Provides input into hiring and promotion decisions for staff.
