Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 14 years of experience leading negotiations or business development. Preferred qualifications: - Experience working with public policy teams and cross-functional stakeholders. - Experience developing and executing strategies to deliver exceptional solutions. - Experience in indirect taxes, economic development policy, infrastructure development, agreement drafting, and presentation development, and with data center real estate markets. - Experience executing cross-functional projects. - Ability to comfortably work in ambiguous, collaborative, and fast-paced environments.
