Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of our patients and our team members. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Abstract patient information from medical records. Transcribe information received from medical facilities into EMR. Correlate ICD–10 codes with transcribed patient diagnoses and procedures. Assist in recording new patient paperwork. Assist with routing patient charts to the proper location. Answer telephones and answer questions. Maintain strict confidentiality. Follow organizational policies and procedures. REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED. EXPERIENCE: One year related experience in a medical office and/or nursing experience preferred.
