Employment Type: Part time Shift: Description: Part Time - Open availability required for this position. Scheduled hours could be any of the following, schedule will also include every Saturday: 7am-3:30pm 7am-11am 3:30pm-7:30pm 2:30pm-7:30pm POSITION SUMMARY: - To provide a high quality dining experience to patients which meets their nutritional requirements and service expectations. The Host/Hostess acts as the liaison between patients and food service and nutrition through daily patient interactions and coordinating patient nutritional needs between nursing units and dieticians, as well as kitchen staff. The Host/Hostess assists patients with room service when appropriate and delivers meal trays to assigned patients. EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE: Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly and proficiently. GED/High School Diploma - preferred: Min - 1-3 years experience in a customer service position, min - 1-3 years experience in a food service establishment.
