Position Summary The Corporate Development Manager, Integration Leader supports the organization’s strategic growth initiatives through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, and business integration efforts. In the TIC (Testing, Inspection, and Certification) Solutions industry, this role involves identifying and evaluating acquisition targets, conducting financial and operational due diligence, coordinating deal execution, and supporting post-merger integration to drive long-term value creation. A core focus will be integrating the businesses so they feel like a part of the TiC Solutions (Acuren/NV5) organization which is critical to our success. Working across the business to bring people, plans, and priorities together. We are looking for a strong collaborator and relationship builder who can connect teams, create alignment, and keep complex initiatives moving.
