As the Masonry Estimator, you would be the leader in providing high-quality masonry solutions for commercial and residential construction projects. We are seeking a skilled Masonry Estimator who will also serve as a Project Manager and contribute to administrative operations within our Masonry Division. Role: Requirements: Masonry Estimation: - Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for masonry projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs. - Perform comprehensive take-offs for structural block and full masonry assemblies (stone, brick, block, reinforcing, flashing systems). Project Management: - Oversee projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards. - Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
