Production Technician - 26000739 Description Summary: The Production Technician role is integral to the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of an Air Separation Gas Plant that supplies high-purity gases to a semiconductor manufacturing customer. This position encompasses responsibilities in the Control Room, field operations, and technical support at the Customer Use Point building. It plays a key part in maintaining uninterrupted gas supply and ensuring compliance with strict quality standards. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Control Room Operations: Monitor, control, and optimize plant processes using Distributed Control Systems (DCS). Track operating parameters, alarms, and plant performance to ensure safety and reliability. Execute start-up, shutdown, and emergency procedures according to standard operating guidelines. On-Field Operations: Perform routine rounds, inspections, and equipment checks on compressors, turbines, pumps, heat exchangers, and gas storage systems.
