Job Description As a Survey Engineer you will join the Geodetic Metrology group at CERN, where you will take part in the metrology and alignment of a wide variety of components used in the particle accelerators. You will be using state-of-the-art surveying tools and software to achieve the sub-millimetre accuracy necessary to achieve our goals. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate on two major projects and contribute to the efforts of the Geodetic Metrology team in the North Area. The SPS (Super Proton Synchrotron) complex is being prepared for a significant upgrade through the North Area Consolidation (NA-CONS) and the TCC2 renovation project. As part of this renovation, you will be in charge of the dismantling of the existing beamlines will be dismantled and the installation of the new beamlines, scheduled in 2028/2029.
