Holiday Inn Cincinnati - Liberty Way is looking to add Friendly and Energetic Front Desk Associates to join our hotel operations team in Florence, Kentucky! Full-Time & Part-Time positions are available for 1st shift from 7am - 3pm and 2nd shift 3pm - 11pm. Job Description: FRONT DESK GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION: - Aggressive negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business. - Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction. - Answering Phones. - Making, Changing, Assisting w/ Reservations. - Looking Up Directions on the Internet. - Promoting Rewards Program. - Creative Thinking. - Assisting Sales. - Creating Good Customer Relations. - Problem Solving. - Filling In Others Shifts As Needed.
