Job Summary: BASIC FUNCTION: HCSC is looking for a dynamic, bilingual individual to join its Community Affairs team at our Blue Door Neighborhood Center (BDNC) South Lawndale site! The incumbent will be responsible for being a compassionate and dedicated advocate for all visitors and demonstrate a concierge attitude when assisting visitors with maximizing their benefits, navigating the healthcare system and reaching their optimal health. Will also be responsible for educating visitors about health and wellness programs at the center. The incumbent will assist visitors with assessing tools available to help guide and inform their decision-making about complex matters related to their health and well-being.
