Automation & Controls Engineer (Mid-Level) Location: Henrico, VA Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire Salary: Starting at $100,000 per year Overview: We are looking for an experienced Automation & Controls Engineer to support manufacturing operations and process control systems within a regulated environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving automation systems, supporting capital projects, and ensuring systems remain compliant with industry standards. You’ll work both independently and cross-functionally with teams such as Operations, Quality, IT, and external partners to support day-to-day system performance and long-term improvements.
