JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for leading installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production/manufacturing equipment to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Serves as a technical resource for complex breakdowns across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic/hydraulic, and automation/control systems; drives preventative/predictive maintenance effectiveness and reliability improvements. Plans and executes repairs to minimize downtime, mentors other technicians, and supports equipment upgrades and commissioning. WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, noise, gas, and chemicals.
