We are seeking a Physical Therapist with a passion for working with Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) patients in a fast-paced, specialized clinical setting. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to adolescents through adulthood with complex cardiac conditions, supporting functional recovery, endurance, and long-term wellness. Job Duties & Responsibilities: As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, all successful candidates will be required to undergo respiratory fit testing in compliance with occupational health and safety standards. - Perform comprehensive evaluations and reassessments for ACHD patients in accordance with hospital and departmental standards - Develop and implement individualized, cardiac-focused treatment plans to optimize mobility, strength, and cardiopulmonary endurance - Provide therapy services within outpatient clinics and specialty ACHD programs - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (cardiology, nursing, etc.) to support continuity of care - Serve as a mentor and clinical resource to less experienced staff within the specialty area - Maintain accurate, timely d...
