**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented hygiene Dental Assistant to join our team. The Dental Assistant will support the dentist during patient procedures and perform various tasks to ensure efficient dental operations. **Qualifications:** **Responsibilities:** - High School Diploma or GED equivalent. - Completion of a dental assistant program or on-the-job training. - X-ray certification preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Prepare treatment rooms for patient procedures. - Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments. - Take dental X-rays. - Sterilize dental instruments and equipment. - Provide patients with instructions for oral care following procedures. - Maintain accurate patient records. - Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits. - Assist with front office tasks such as billing and insurance claims processing.
