Job description

Job Summary: To support individuals in attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety across all settings. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; 3pm-11pm. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Implement Positive Behavior Supports (PBS) Report any significant issues using the on-call hierarchy Implements and follows individuals’ Behavior Skills Plans Implements and follows EO509 Dining Guidelines Participated in and completed Licensing and Certification paperwork which includes but not limited to Daily Planners. Monthly Menus, House Meetings, Budgeting, Medical Appointments, etc. Follows and Implements individuals’ daily schedules Enhance an individual’s development by providing job coaching Maintain appropriate and professional boundaries with the individuals Involving individuals in social and vocational opportunities Implementing Individual Service Plan (ISP) objectives Promote a high quality of living for the individuals which includes but not limited to assisting with showers, toileting, brushing teeth, laundry, etc. Able to support and accompany individuals in the community including but not limited to religious services, hospitals, correctional...
