Leidos Intelligence Group is seeking a Systems Analyst to support business process management, systems analysis, and data analytics during the transition to an enhanced case management system. Primary Responsibilities: This candidate will be a part of the office that manages harassment allegations, workplace conflicts, and employee grievances, utilizing a case management system (CMS) to maintain detailed records. This system captures structured data across cases, enabling analysis and the creation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations that support business insights and data quality assessments. The organization is currently transitioning from a legacy system—requiring manual data exports and analysis in tools such as Excel and Tableau—to a custom-built platform with integrated, out-of-the-box dashboard capabilities. The Systems Analyst will extract and analyze raw CMS data (CSV format), ensuring data integrity by identifying and resolving gaps and inconsistencies.
