PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Hiring additional resources to the team, providing training, managing Area Sales Representatives; Efficient and Productive assignment of accounts to Representatives - Monitor weekly sales call agendas and effectiveness of Sales Representatives - Generate & manage sales revenue to meet or exceed assigned sales projections by engaging in strategic sales and strategic sales management in the assigned territory - Maintain contact with an established customer base; identify and establish new clients - Communicate and strategize with sales team on all client-related needs, challenges, & issues - Prepare and deliver strategic, value-driven sales presentations and customer-specific proposals - Work with operations personnel to ensure customer service expectations are achieved - Evaluate market requirements, changes, and competitor capabilities - Assist in credit worthiness assessments and collection of all delinquent accounts - Monitor and control expenses for assigned group of Sales Reps - Must be well versed in product knowledge of all Tuboscope services and products - Weekly/Monthly forecasting, managing, and reporting of various product line Sales - Yearly B...
